Processing & Shipping Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- The estimated shipping time is 8-14 business days, depending on your location and local postal services.
- Please note that shipping times may be affected by external factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier delays.
Potential Shipping Delays
We work closely with our manufacturer, who is located in China. Due to this, there may be potential delays in February each year due to the Chinese New Year holiday. During this period, many factories, including ours, temporarily pause production and shipping. This can lead to longer processing and delivery times for orders placed around this time.
We highly recommend placing your orders well in advance if you need them by a specific date to avoid any holiday-related delays.
